People here seem focused on fashion and buisness, but as the air turned pleasant around midday, the small plaza next to Southwark Cathedral quickly filled with people enjoying an outdoor lunch. Just across the Thames on a small square of grass, men sprawled out with kicked-off loafers and suit jackets for pillows…
